A delicious and nutritious start to the day – but also a great “on-the-go” option for those short of time in the mornings! Simply whizz, put in a flask and drink on the go!

INGREDIENTS

Serves: 1

  • 1½ cups OZblu Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Serve immediately or transfer to a flask to drink on-the-go.
