Place a sieve over a small pan and strain the berries from the syrup.
Place the pan on the heat and reduce by half. Set aside.
Mix the banana in a bowl with all the other ingredients except the flour. Lastly add the flour and check for consistency. You may need a dash or two of milk.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan with a little coconut oil or cooking spray.
Spoon batter into the hot pan. Pop a few berries into each pancake and cook each pancake for about 2-3 minutes until the edges start to brown and firm, then flip them. Cook for 1 minute on the other side.
Serve with plant-based yoghurt, fresh berries and syrup.
